Privacy Policy
How NeonBotX stores and uses server configuration data — click to expand.
What data do we store?
NeonBotX does not collect personal user data by default. We only store information when a server administrator configures features in the bot. This is limited to the minimum required for the bot to work correctly, such as server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, and any custom text used for configured messages or embeds.
How can I delete this information?
If you would like your server data to be deleted, please contact our support team. Upon verification of ownership or administrative rights, all stored server-related configuration data — including channel IDs, role IDs, and custom message or embed settings — will be permanently and automatically removed from our systems.
Need help or have concerns?

FAQ
The most frequently asked questions — click to expand.
How do I invite the bot?
You can use the /invite command in any server where NeonBotX is available,
or click Add Bot at the top of the website.
Can I change the command prefix?
No. NeonBotX uses Discord’s built-in slash commands, so no prefix is required.
Is moderation safe (permissions)?
Yes. NeonBotX respects Discord’s permission system, checks role hierarchy before actions, and logs moderation events for transparency. Administrators can also configure role exceptions.
