How NeonBotX collects, stores and uses data.
1. Introduction
NeonBotX is designed to provide moderation, utility, security and fun features for Discord servers. We respect user privacy and only collect the minimum data required for the bot to function correctly.
2. What Data We Store
NeonBotX does not collect personal user data such as emails, passwords, private messages, or external account information.
When a server administrator configures features, the following server-related data may be stored:
- Server (Guild) ID
- Channel IDs used for logs, tickets, welcome/farewell messages, etc.
- Role IDs used for autorole, moderation permissions, birthday roles, etc.
- Custom messages configured by administrators
- Feature configuration settings (enabled/disabled states)
This data is strictly limited to what is necessary for NeonBotX to operate properly within a server.
3. Command Usage & Statistics
NeonBotX may store global statistical counters such as total commands executed or reminders sent. These statistics are aggregated and are not linked to individual users.
No personal behavioral profiling or tracking of individual users is performed.
4. Data Usage
Stored data is used exclusively to:
- Provide configured features within Discord servers
- Maintain moderation logs
- Deliver automated messages (welcome, farewell, birthday, etc.)
- Operate ticket systems and security features
Data is never sold, shared, or distributed to third parties.
5. Data Retention
Configuration data remains stored as long as NeonBotX is active in a server. If the bot is removed, associated configuration data may be retained for a limited period for system integrity before being automatically cleared.
6. Data Deletion
Server administrators may request deletion of all stored configuration data at any time by contacting the NeonBotX support team.
Upon verification of ownership or administrative rights, all related server configuration data will be permanently removed.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
8. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect improvements or legal requirements. Continued use of NeonBotX constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
